Can't sync my Inspire 2 to my Fiton account

Does anyone know how to make my inspire 2 appear in my fiton to select? It has many others but not inspire. Both apps say they are comparable

Hi @Dottie3 - you’re referring to the fitbit app on your phone, right?  Can you please check to make sure your Fitbit app is up to date?  Also verify that the OS or iOS is updated to a version compatible with Fitbit. 

• Apple iOS 13 or higher
• Android OS 8.0 or higher 

Check that and let us know.

Hi there thank you for the help. My phone is ios15 and the inspire 2 is brand new. I went to the App Store to see if there was a update offered but there wasn’t

Hi @Dottie3 - Thanks for checking. I’m not sure what else to suggest except to contact Fitbit Support.

I found out they are not compatible from the app developer of fit bit so sad
