Hi I cannot sync my inspire hr with my Huawei p30 lite, it did sync with my old huawei it's so frustrating. Please help

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

My old phone is switched of anyway but still struggling to connect get a code to enter then won't go any further
