Can't sync - "no device found"

My device can not "find" my Fitbit Inspire when I try to sync.  I also keep getting a prompt to update the firmware, but it does not work. It says my device can't connect with my Fitbit. 

 

I have tried the Fitbit app on my laptop, phone, and tablet, but with no luck.  Last week I was in contact with a staff member from Fitbit, and they suggested re-installing the app, using another device, and restarting my Fitbit.  I have tried it all - and nothing works!

 

Has anyone had similar problems?  Or does anybody have suggestions?  Please help!
