I received a notice to update my Inspire HR. But because my electronic coatch NEVER connect on my Fitbit cell application, I can’t start the update. I also have a problem with the GPS. It’s activated « always » on my phone setting. But it never works. I never see any kilometers. It seems that it impossible to connect the Bluetooth. Never.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not updating and that the GPS doesn't work. Regarding the update lets try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:
Regarding the GPS as you may know the tracker uses your phone GPS signal but you need to enable it and record the activity from your tracker. You can read more about this feature here.
