Hi, I've done all the troubleshooting, searched the community and followed the advice and I still can't update my Inspire HR:
Inspire HR is attached to laptop and fully charged AND has been restarted
Internet is on and fully functioning
Android phone is right next to fitbit and has been restarted as well
Phone shows Fitbit in Bluetooth connection and permissions for location and GPS are on
Firmware version is 34.20001.63.18
Apps version is 3.28 and has location permission and storage on
Phone is Motorola Moto e5 play
Thanks for any help you can give. Have retried this several times...very frustrating.
