I have an Inspire tracker and my app on my phone has been telling me for a while now to update my tracker, however each time I try it starts to do it and a line appears on my tracker then about 5 minutes later an X appears on my tracker. Then the app continues to say to keep the page open as it is updating the tracker for a good half an hour then eventually it says update has failed. Why is this and how can I update it please.
