Are you able to customize the watch face with a photo on the inspire HR?

Hello @MusicBoxElderBu and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but you can't customize Inspire HR clock faces.  You can customize some smartwatch clock faces, but not on any tracker (Inspire, Charge, Luxe).
