Can you set an interval timer in the Inspire?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I can't seem to find a clear answer to this. I want to be able to set an interval timer for my running using my Fitbit Inspire. I'm currently using another app while using the Fitbit app when I run but if I can keep it solely on my Fitbit that would be ideal. I've seen in other answers that I need to navigate to Exercise Settings and set my rest and recover time, but I can't seem to find either of those in the app or on my dashboard. Does anyone have a clear answer to this?

Thank you!

Hello @Arvay and welcome to the Help forums.  Your tag says you own the Inspire.  The interval timer is one of the shortcuts on the Exercise App.  The Inspire doesn't have an Exercise App.  The Exercise App is on the Inspire HR.  The only exercise feature on the Inspire is SmartTrack, the auto-recognition feature.

Hi,

Click on the Fitbit app, then select your profile from the picture icon in the top left, then select on your watch where it says Inspire, select ‘Exercise Shortcuts’ select ‘Interval Workout’ then set your timer!

It doesn’t seem to allow you to add multiple rows though which is frustrating!
