Cannot agree to terms and policies to set up Inspire HR

Hey there - I am unable to agree to the terms and conditions when attempting to set up my new Inspire HR on the fitbit app using Huawei P20.

I have switched on and off bluetooth multiple times, switched battery optimisation for the fitbit app to manual, allowed fitbit permission to my location, restarted the app, logged out and logged back in again, restarted the tracker... Not sure what's the problem and how else I can troubleshoot the issue?

Thanks!

Swipe up on the agreement to at least give the impression you have read to the bottom.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I had the same problem.  I slowly went to the bottom and the "I agree" box still stayed gray.  I moved the text up and down and minutes later, the box lit up and I was able to "agree".  Maybe Fitbit figures you can't possibly read their terms that fast so it makes you wait?  Anyway, I finally got it connected but Fitbit has the flakiest ways to do things and it took me over an hour to get it set up.  Hope you do better than I did...

Isn't that the truth! It's been a while since I've known what I'm agreeing to running Windows, running Chrome, going to all these sites. It's gotten to where I'll "page down" through an agreement without even realizing it.
