Cannot connect Fitbit Inspire to My Fitness Pal

The only reason I purchased a Fitbit was to connect it to My Fitness Pal but I cant. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what did you do?

Hi, and welcome to the Community!

 

The link between Fitbit and MyfitnessPal is working ok for me. What problems are you getting? Is this the process you followed:

 

  1. Log in to your account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration, such as MyFitnessPal, Endomondo, or Runkeeper.
  2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.

It isn’t syncing for me either. I tried to reboot, reconnect the apps, nothing works.
