Happy to hear that you were able to fix your issue with your Inspire HR. There is no need to delete your post, in fact it would be great if you can share the steps you followed to fix the issue as it may help other members in the same situation.

What did you do to fix this problem.  Mine is doing the same thing.  Mine is also depleting a charge super quick.

I put it on my charger and held the side button in for a few seconds...i then hit the side button again and it just magically returned to normal lol...basically rebooted it!

Thank you for your response! I tried that several times and it still didn’t work. I called the help line and they gave me the option to send me the exact same watch for free or 50% off a different model since I was still under warranty. Great customer service! Good luck with yours, hope it continues to work properly!
