I have bought my wife a Fitbit Inspire for Christmas and having set it up when she swipes on the tracker she can’t see the Exercise and Heart Rate icons. Can anyone help us out?

For part of the answer, if you really mean the Inspire and not the Inspire HR, the Inspire does not measure heart rate.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
