Cant set up my Inspire Fitbit

Please Help

 

I have been bought a new Inspire Fitbit for my birthday, have tried to set up this morning and I continually get an error message saying "no bluetooth connection" when the bluetooth is on... Looking through the troubleshooting tips . I have switched done all the switching off and back on,  deleted the app and reinstalled and still the same error message - I have an iPhone XR - would appreciate any help

I hope you had a wonderful birthday and best wishes for the year to come. This is a great model, thanks for all the steps that you've tried to set it up. If you're still having the same issues, please follow these instructions:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app and try to set it up one more time
  2. If not working force quit the Fitbit app while the application is open and turn off your phone for a moment
  3. Then turn off an on the Bluetooth and restart your Inspire
  4. Try to set it up one more time following these steps: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
