Cant sync at all

I cannot sync with my computer or my phone when both have previously worked. This is very frustrating and has not been working right in months.

Hi @NelsonM1218  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try all the suggeations in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
