Cardio fitness score not available in app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I updated the firmware on my Inspire HR and now I do not see my cardio fitness score on the app.  All is shows me is my heart rate through the day.

Where did it go?  Anyone else seeing this?

Same for me Android 10. Tried to force close the app, no change.

I'm certainly not reinstalling it, find a fix!

Any update? For me it disappeared without any action from my side (no updates that I'm aware of). Got a Versa 3.

Very frustrating, last week it was there, this week it isn't. When I click on the heart rate details I get a list of my recent daily averages, not the overview.

Galaxy Note 10, everything up to date

Hi there!

I don't believe that I have done anything different on my phone - the OS has not changed in weeks and I don't think the fitbit app version has changed - but my cardio information also disappeared. This was maybe 2 days ago. Which is disappointing as this was the only reason I spent extra on this particular fitbit.

Any update on what has caused this to happen? Thanks.

I had the same problem and, as Fitbit hadn't given a solution here, I phoned them.  I was talked through getting to Settings and then Reboot on the Inspire HR. I then followed the on-screen instructions to press the screen for 3 seconds. There was no immediate change, but when I checked 10 minutes later the Cardio Fitness screen was back and none of my history had gone.

I hope this helps others with the same problem.
