Can someone advise how I change clock to 24 hour?

See How do I change to a 12 or 24 hour clock?  

Note it must be done from fitbit.com dashboard; i.e. in web browser, not app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
