My Alta HR has broken beyond repair and I have just bought an Inspire HR as a replacement. Do I have to uninstall the existing Fitbit app from my phone and reload? Do I need to register on my account that I have changed from Alta to Inspire? Will all my existing data be saved? Thanks

Hi @Hilcot remove the Alta HR from your account and set up the Inspire HR as a new device on an existing account. Your history will be there and you'll keep adding on to it. Congrats on the new Fitbit!

Thanks. I did actually work it out for myself in the end! Have since had trouble syncing but just read a previous post and reply which seemed to resolve it - ie switching phone Bluetooth on and off.
