Have new tracker today and out of the box it is showing time on 24 hour clock which I want but it is exactly 12 hours behind. So time now is 16.35 but Fitbit shows 04.35. I can’t see how to change this?

Try going to your settings page:  https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile and scroll down to the Clock Display time for the 12/24 hour clock and make sure the Timezone (another tile) is correct.

Thanks Warren. I was actually on the correct time zone but having just refreshed the screen the time is now correctly set on the fitbit. I think maybe I didn't wait long enough for it to all set up correctly - over excited!

Thanks for taking the time to reply
