I used my Charge 3 to time my exercises, e.g. hold for 40 seconds. My Inspire 2, is set for hours and minutes, making it useless. And why would I want to time anything for 99 hours? How can I change the units?

Hello @Jcr3, welcome to the community forums!
I'm very sorry for any inconvenience but can you please provide more details? If possible, provide screenshots or pictures indicating which settings you would like to change, this way proper information can be provided.
In the meantime, please check the Inspire 2 manual and how to navigate it.
I look forward to your response.

I think what she's saying is pretty clear there is absolutely no way that I can find unless you're telling me that there is some option that's missing to set a timer for seconds. And I'm doing stretches I need 20-second timer don't need 90 hours like she was saying I need seconds and minutes and it doesn't seem possible to set a timer for seconds.

I have since spoken to your customer care line on chat and they confirmed there is no second counting option on the timer. Only minutes and hours.

I spoke to customer care for Fitbit on chat and they confirmed that there is no second counting option on the timer. I agree with you about the general uselessness of this because I need to do 20 second stretches. I was able to do this on my mi band 6 so it's a bit disappointing.
