Changed to new android phone, and cannot logon in Fitbit app anymore

Hi,
I changed my phone, and successfully transferred apps from the old phone to the new one. Both phones are Samsung Galaxy, android. Now I cannot login to the mobile app anymore, as nothing happens when I type in my username and pw, even tried to reset the pw two times. There is only some loading happening, and then the app stops in the login screen with no error message nor successful login.
Please help me to find out what might be the problem and fix it.

Hi @tmad  Android 10 or higher is needed. What do you have?

I have a Galaxy 5. I'm not going to buy a new phone to get  new fitbit.

Actually, the problem was solved probably by rebooting the Inspire 2, as after that it connected to my new phone.
