I got a new fitbit, last wk was able to change he clock face from the simple states to Stat heavy clcok. Things seemed fine but then I tried to change the clock face again. Now, trying to change the clock face and it is stuck 'Switchig". I've had troble syncing ever since. I don't know how to cancel this so it will stop. I've reset the watch; I've turned bluetooth on and off; I've  uninstaled & reinstalled the app on my Samsung7 AND my desktop multiple times and go back to look at the clock and its still "Switching"  How do you get this to stop?????

@Val1963 Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you changing the clock face on your Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since issue persists see if you can access your tracker's menu and clear the data on it. You can also try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

After retry changing the clock face again.

Let me know how it goes.
