Changing damaged bands on Inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Enjoying the Inspire HR, but have had a problem with changing out the bands.  I currently have a band that I cannot remove because the little "piton" on the pin broke off.  I've tried everything, even using a straight edge razor blade, which would ruin the band, but still can't remove it.

@Inspectorette, welcome! It's great to see you around!

Let me help you with changing your Inspire HR band. Try using tweezers to change the band. I also created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

Let me know how it goes.

I've tried tweezers, no luck.  Have also resorted to using a straight edge razor blade, which will ruin the band, but at this point, I'm desperate to remove it.  Will keep trying.

Same thing has happened to me on my Fitbit inspire. I have had NOTHING but problems with this model and the bands. I’m going back to my Alta, which thank god I still have, but I hate that you guys really messed up on this. $70 down the drain.

I'm thinking that perhaps the "off-brand" bands may be the problem. I finally was able to remove the band that I'd had so much trouble with, then attached the original black band that came with the Fitbit. It went on with very little trouble.
