Changing time on my inspire HR

Hi guys,

             I have a fitbit inspire HR, and the time has been 1 hour behind the actual time of day since I have started it, and that is 3 days. Please help!!!

That sounds like it may be set to the wrong timezone. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

 

If you do change it there, the next time you sync it will update your fitbit
