Charge 2 not tracking outside bike ride

Charge 2!!!! Why won’t Label Field let me type Charge 2? It only lets you choose the inspires.  

Bought my Charge 2 in 2022. I have it set to auto track my outside bike ride. I notice the app asks for start and stop time and date which makes no sense if you have it on auto. I have tried both. Plus I saw it said it won’t track gps if on auto. Why not? An outdoor ride should track it.  I always have the phone with me. My app is set to track me always.  Bottom line is it annoys me to have to manually type when I start and stop. 

Also wondering if you experience this: The screen is no longer very sensitive to tapping. I’ve had it two years and often must tap repeatedly (soft or hard) to wake it up and view info 🙄

Im also not sure where, on the watch or app, we would be typing in Charge 2
