Charge hr2 calorie burned is a lot different to inspire hr

Hi All,

Was wondering if someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong. I recently bought the new inspire hr thinking it's better than my charge hr2, so far, not impressed. My issue is with the calories burned. On the charge hr it says I've burned about 5k calories but on my inspire hr only 4k. I'm not sure what is causing it too be way off. Another strange thing is when I first sync the inspire hr to the happ it will say I've burned 5k calories then after a few seconds it goes down to 4k. I'm really confused as to what is going on.

After a bit of searching last night I manged to resolve the issue thanks to Maria.

I had to restart the fitbit inspire hr 3 times to correct the colorie count.
