Charger and Wristband Compatibility between Alta and Inspire 2

Hi @CB_  no the chargers and bands aren't interchangeable. The Inspire 2 bands only work for the Inspire 2. The Ace 3 charger will work for the Inspire 2. You can see what works together on the sales page.

Fitbit R&D preference over the last decade of designing for each wearable a new charger: not very resourceful nor a example of proper mechanical engineering (electrical/voltage engineering wise they are all the same 5V DC), best part if that the Inspire2 charger now for some god knows reason has snap hooks on both ends, mechanicals snap hooks that you typical see on mechanical parts designed to seldom open and close e.g. a battery door or an hatch they leads to internal for service work, very strange decision to design something like this that the average Fitbit inspire2 user need to use very 9-10 days frequently and repeatedly but I guess it's part of Fitbits mechanical engineering department never run out of stupid ideas so rule #1@ never use the same charger but design something new to justify our existence rule #2: use snap hooks to connect the charger so it will break in couple of months and we can design a new charger
