Charging my Inspire HR

It is taking as much as 24hrs+ to charge my Inspire HR. Just purchased it in Jan 2020 to replace my Inspire which stopped recording my sleep. And it seldom charges to 100%. I have cleaned connectors with alcohol and it didn't seem to make any difference. 

 

Thoughts?

Hi @genglund That doesnt sound good. Try THIS Help Article on Charging problems, but if it doesnt resolve tje issue then contact Support.
