Chipping on the sides where the band attaches

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I received my inspire hr in January as a gift and I love it. Unfortunately, the aces where the band attaches has chipped away and I can no longer wear it as the band has no place to attach anymore. Does the warranty cover this?

I have the same issue and fitbit sent me a band. They have the worst customer service. I sent pictures and explained. I cannot find my order number to file a claim. This should not be so frustrating and difficult. I dont have the email. How do I find my order number to file a claim? Ive looked everywhere. All I have is my bank statement showing the purchase from fitbit in July.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

My fitbit was a gift so I hit a wall there too. I had to call and call.
Emailing didn't get me anywhere. When I talked to a real person, I was able
to get the replacement
