Any idea what circles of pulsating dots mean - inspire HR

It sounds like you got into the 'Relax' app.  If you don't want to be, press the side button, maybe a few times, to back out.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I've been trying to figure this out for days! Fitbit had NO answers but that's because mine is connected to the United Health Care Motion app. It's Frequency walks. You're supposed to walk 500 steps atleast1 hour apart 6 times a day, hence the 6 dots.
