I haven't been able to get my heart rate working. It's always very high and sometimes up to 130. I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol, reset the device, and tried various parts of my arm and different tightness. Am I missing something?

Would it be possible to include some steps in the forum as I also have this issue, have reset etc and still can’t get heart rate readings that are in the region of what my heart rate actually is.
