Clip broke offs the band

I only had my Inspire HR a few weeks. I love the soft band, but after I removed the Fitbit to charge it noticed that the metal piece (quick release lever) was stuck to my wrist.  Now I'm afraid the band will fall off or I won't be able to change it.

I was putting my Fitbit inspire on I only got it today and I got mad and took it off hard and the clip that goes into the holes broke off and now I can’t wear my Fitbit 😢😢😢
