I see several people have left comments about the clock screen turning off really quickly - Please can you sort this problem urgently. I have only had this a few days and am thinking of returning it because this is so annoying. All normal watches don't turn the time off - that's why you wear a watch so you can see the time! If this isn't sorted before the time I can return the product then I will return it and go back to an analogue watch.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Inspire 2. Thank you for the information provided.

 

There is a feature suggestion called "Screen timeout setting on Inspire 2". You are welcome to vote it and if there is any update, it should be communicated as soon as possible.

 

I would like to mention that when the screen wake setting is on, you can turn your wrist toward you to turn on the screen. For instructions on how to navigate your Tracker, please visit this article.
