Hi, Im very new to this so sorry if there is a simple explanation to this question.
So the other night (9pm) it said on my dashboard I had 350 calories left. I didn't eat or log anymore and went to bed. Next morning in my food log it said I was 36 calories over for the day (yesterday)
If I had had the 350 calories thinking I was allowed these I would have been over by nearly 400!
Im guessing it was estimating what I was going to burn for the rest of the day and that's why it said I could have another 350 calories?
Is there a simple answer to this please?
Thank you very much

@SarahB111 Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your food plan. You are correct the profile tries to calculate how many calories you will burn and provide you with a figure of how many calories you can consume. Still you can read more about the food plan here. Also a member made a great informative post here.
Let me know how it goes.
