Connected GPS quit working on my Inspire HR

My Inspire HR will no longer connect to my iPhone GPS. Am on iOS 14.0.1. Used to work great. I have the GPS option set to Always on the Fitbit app. Message I get says to open the app, but it is open.

Hi @DanSchenck, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since the connected GPS feature stopped working, even though the GPS option is set to "Always" on the Fitbit app.

 

Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device and it also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try.

 

Finally, monitor the connected GPS feature and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have restarted my Inspire and followed all of the suggested steps and none of it works. I want to emphasize that this feature worked fine until recent upgrades to both the Fitbit firmware and my iPhone’s OS.
