Connecting Samsung to Fitbit

During the paring process with my Samsung and Fitbit the Fitbit was disconnected from the changer and now won’t reconnect, have tried deleting app and reinstalling

Let me help you with your Fitbit device not syncing. Is your device charging? If it is only not syncing then please try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
