Connecting the Inspire HR to a MacBook

Hello everyone,

 

I recently bought the Inspire HR and tried to pair my it with my MacBook, yet I had no success with it.

Do you have any tips? Viewing the Fitbit information with my computer is a necessity for me.

Hi @BarL  I am not a mac person but I know you need Fitbit Connect on your Mac, NOT the Fitbit App.

Try THIS Help Article on set up issues - scroll down to the Mac Instructions.

Please come backnifnyou continue tonhave problems. I believe it may be easier to set up using a Smart Phone, so if you know anyone with one, that might be easier and then you can syncnusing your Mac.
