Just lately this Inspire HR is nothing but trouble. First it wouldn't update for 5 days, then it completely froze on me and now I cannot connect it to the laptop app 😠
I can connect to the Android app OK, but not the PC-based app. I have restarted the device, restarted the PC, switched on and off and on Bluetooth, unpaired and paired the device more times than I care to remember and even though most of the time my Bluetooth says I am paired with the PC I cannot sync to the software. It either just 'stops' syncing with no messages or updates or updating done, or I get 'cannot connect' errors, even though the PC says I am paired to the tracker. The app just says 'looking for tracker' and then 'synced yesterday' or 'last week' or whatever followed by 'Your tracker does not respond' or something similar.
I am thoroughly fed up with this device, really, truly. I have never known such awful syncronisation software and believe me I've dealt with a few. I'll give it another week, then it'll get stomped on and I will never buy another FitBit nor recommend one to anyone.
At the end of my tether with this awful thing ☹️

Hi @JohnRoberts666, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for all the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your laptop that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.
