Constant goal celebration

Ever since I got the newest software update (as of 8/22/2020), ever consecutive step past my step goal will trigger a celebration. My Fitbit has been buzzing pretty much all day as a result, and the battery life has gone from draining ~10% per day to ~55% per day. It also seems to apply to any goal, not just steps, so the issue can’t be avoided without setting an unobtainable goal, like 100k steps per day. Please hotfix this or allow me to turn off goal celebrations.

What have you done to troubleshoot it? Have you reset the watch?

Buongiorno,

io ho il tuo stesso problema, da quando ho aggiornato il software, due giorni fa, continua innescare celebrazione e vibra in continuazione ai passi fatti. Ho provato riavviare più volte, riconnetterlo ma niente non smette di vibrare.

Questo è un problema perché il Fitbit Inspire in questo stato è inutilizzabile!

Qualcuno mi può aiutare?

Ho risolto comunicando in chat dal vivo con un operatore Fitbit, il mio tracker a 8 mesi e me lo sostituiscono in garanzia, hanno già avviato la pratica di sostituzione e a oggi e stato spedito.

Ottimo supporto Fitbit!
