Constant resets required - inspire 2

Okay we are on day 3 of being unable to sync my Inspire 2 with my Pixel 6a outside of doing a full removal of the tracker from my phone's Bluetooth and the fitbit app and the resetting up leading to data loss.

Been through all the troubleshooting steps I could find multiple times. My wife is having similar but less frequent issues with hers as well. Now, I realize our inspire 2s are over 3 years old at this point, but is there anything that can be done at this point to alleviate this issue?
