Constantly having to restart the device

I am having problems syncing my device with both my Samsung phone and my Lenovo laptop. The former often shows "device not found", the latter gives the "bonding failed" message. The solution is normally to restart the device, but I'm having to do this at least twice a week. Surely this is not normal?

It appears that having Bluetooth switched on both my phone and laptop simultaneously was the problem. Turning one off, or having the other far enough away appears to have sorted the problem.

Hi @Deezzaa Which model Samsung do you have? I also use a Samsung and it works really well syncing with my fitbit. Is yours on the Supported Devices List  (mine is)?

It's a Samsung A3. It's usually reliable in syncing, but when it doesn't, the Lenovo T430 laptop doesn't connect either, which leads me to suspect it's something to do with the device. They only work again after I restart the Inspire HR device.

The A3 isnt listed, so that could be the issue, but as you say it doesnt work with your laptop either. If they both usually work and then stop working at the same time, then Id suggest you contact Customer Support and see if they have any suggestions.

Oh yes, I should have thought of that! I only have my fitbit paired to one device these days because of the interference. Im glad you sorted it out 😊
