My Fitbit today alone has reminded me it is my friends birthday 5 times. It started at midnight. I closed it. At 3am it did it again, then 5am, now 8am. The last time this happened I had to delete the birthday from my calendar. Why does this happen. How do stop it.

Try to restart your Inspire HR following the instructions on this article. May I know if your screen is freezing?
