Correctly restarted a non-syncing Inspire 2. It's dead now.

My Inspire 2 wasn't face on syncing. I looked and and followed the Fitbit restart instructions. I got the smiley face on my watch face and unplugged the device. The watch face then went dead. It is still tracking on the app, but it's completely blank. 😞

Thank you for providing the details about this difficulty with your Inspire 2. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own. 

Please confirm that your device is syncing. Once confirmed, please try to change the clock face.

Now, go to the Fitbit app and try to sync: Tapp on your profile picture> Device> Since Now. If it doesn't work, please tap your profile picture> Device > Tile to see if a firmware banner appears. 

Then try to restart the device again: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
