Covid handwashing reminders

Hi can someone advise how to turn off hand washing reminders for Inspire HR? Please note advice provided on this message board for Versa and Inspire 2 DOESN'T work for Inspire HR.

Thanks Johnny but that advice doesn’t cover Inspire HR. The options and menus are completely different. 👍

That surprises me because it is done on the phone app menus, not the tracker. I thought the phone app was basically the same for all trackers.  Is your phone app the latest version?

Hi again - I have checked my phone app and it is the latest. I have also checked and updated my iPhone iOS but still no joy. I have also checked out the on line dashboard on my PC but again no means of deleting handwashing reminders as they just don't show on any of the drop - down menus. However, my phone is a new iPhone SE and I wonder if Fitbit software has been updated to allow for it? A lot of things changed appearance on the app when I changed phones.

I've got Android phone.  The apps are mostly the same but I have heard of a few differences.  I wouldn't have thought that would be one but could be.
