Custom food calories resets to zero

Can anyone tell me how to fix the custom food function? I’ve had an Inspire since January and creating custom foods has worked fine until the last week. Now every time I add a new food and set the calories this number reverts to zero as soon as I save. I’ve tried editing but the same thing happens each time. I have to add the calories as “quick calories” instead and obviously that doesn’t list the food.

Do I assume you have an iOS device @NordicPixie? We do not enter food through the Inspire. If so please see the pinned post on the iOS board. 

Until it is fixed, as pointed out, logging food works through the web.

Yes I am. Thanks. This was my first time posting so I missed that, just looked on the Inspire board. I can do it via my Android tablet as a work around although Bluetooth doesn’t work on that so it’s still a faff.
