Custom heart rate zone graph not showing in app - Inspire 2

Hi - I've set a custom heart rate zone in the app and it has been saved. I have checked it on the web and it is in there too. However, it is not showing graphically in the app and is not giving any data on time spent in that zone on the app. I have restarted the phone and there is no change

Please, make sure to perform the following steps:

• Log out from the Fitbit app.
• Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
• Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
• Check if the issue is still happening.

Hi, the custom zone only appears as a bar chart with hours not as part of the line graph. Is that correct?

Is there any Fitbit that allows two custom zones and graphical representation?
