Just got an Inspire HR to replace Alta HR, so I could have the GPS data and not have to use an external app to map my walks. So far I can't see that this is working, but I did just get some info to try. However, what I have noticed is that there is a lag, today up to almost half an hour, before information displays. I eventually was able to see the total miles, cals, and minutes on my phone dashboard screen, but the detail screens for those same categories took much longer to update. Is that normal? I have everything set to sync automatically all the time, to get real-time data, etc. Is that likely to improve the longer I have my tracker?

@KathyMT I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with the lag you are seeing on your Fitbit app. First of all I would like to clarify that the Inspire HR doesn't have a GPS chip but you can use the Fitbit app along with your tracker to record this data. The feature is called Connected GPS and you can read more about it here. You can also use the app only using the MobileRun feature.
Regarding the lag make sure you have a strong internet connection as the data is pulled from the Fitbit servers. You could log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
Let me know how it goes.
