Hi there, today I switched iPhones and when I first connected my inspiration HR, some data was there - but not all. A few minutes later all my data was gone. I’ve tried restarting everything, but no luck. Please help me get the data back!

Did you log into the same Fitbit account/email on the new phone?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yup I did - my profile pic was there and everything, but even that’s gone now 😕

Try looking on the fitbit.com dashboard to see if data show there.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
