Data lost when taking off Inspire HR for shower

My daughter took off her new Inspire HR to take a shower and all her data (steps, calories, etc.) for the day reset to zero. Is this normal, and if so, is there any way to prevent it when removing the HR?

Hi @JoeFuture  No that is not normal at all. Try restarting the Inspire several times and see how it goes next time she takes it off. Come back here if it repeats. I actually dont remove mine when showering, but you shoukd be able to if you want.
