Hi,
Where do I start. I bought it March 2019 and its dead now. For the last week, the display would stay after checking the time and not turn off. It would blink and turn right back on. It killed the battery very quickly. I had to charge it everyday instead of once a week. Last night, it died within 2 hours of being off the charger. It hasn't had an os update in a year and when I check it last, it said it was up to date. I was told the life on this is 2 years, its dead after 15 months.
That is the biggest issue I have right now and it seems it may need to be replaced by Fitbit.
Peace!

Hi,
The battery dies because the display won't turn off. I've restarted it several times and even allowed the battery to die before recharging it again. The display just stays on.
Its frustrating.
Peace.
