I received my inspire HR about 1 mo ago. Used it for about 2-3 weeks then all of a sudden I received a vibration and could no longer see a display. I thought it was the battery so I put it on the charger. When I used it the next day it still would not turn on. So I thought I did not have it on the charger properly. So that night I placed it back on another charger that had just charged my phone and got the same results. When placing it on the charger I am not receiving any indication that it is charging. Tried a new outlet and brick with again the same results. What do I need to do to get my inspire to work?

Mine arrived that way. I called support and, after some unsuccessful troubleshooting, they are replacing it. Mine was brand new, though, in your case, I think they would just replace the body and charge cord.
